The REC Leadership Club teaches 7th through 12th graders leadership skills in weekly club meetings and allows them to apply these skills by developing the club’s policies, running teen nights, and doing service projects.

 

The students involved in the program receive mentoring and guidance from Susquehanna University students who facilitate the weekly meetings.

The overall goal of the REC Leadership Club is to give the youth more opportunities to engage in positive social experiences while giving members the opportunity to develop and apply the knowledge, skills, and understanding necessary to become effective leaders.

 

Leadership club meets on Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m.
